The Data & Analytics team on the PlayStation account brings together paid media activity with point of sale and Console data to measure the effectiveness of media and provide guidance to optimize campaign performance.  
  
Your role is to analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns on driving sales focusing on tactical improvements. Define a set of best practices to get the most value out of campaigns on Meta and Google specifically. Which audiences to target, which creative assets are driving the most sales, phasing of campaigns, how multiple campaigns interact to increase customer value and so on. 
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  
  • Support agency activation, planning and strategy teams to package and present
    analytical projects to the client. You will have access to the client’s customer data
    warehouse and overlay that data to media activity.
  • Prepare analytic reports and communications that will report on campaign efficiency
    KPIs such as CPC, CPV, CPCV, CPM, Reach and Frequency to the client.

Considerations:

  • Client Management: You will be working as an extension of the client’s analytics
    team responding directly to their questions on the effectiveness of paid media.
  • Measurement Framework: Work with marketing and strategy teams on
    implementing a measurement framework. You will help ensure we market efficiently
    with a clear line of sight to commercial outcomes, balance short and long-term
    value. Specifically in your case focusing on how groups of customers are being
    impacted by the collection of best practices we have.
Qualifications/Experience/Capabilities:  
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Client facing agency experience on strategy, planning or activation team
  • Experience in campaign analytics
  • Familiarity with data visualization dashboard platforms such Looker or Domo is a plus
  • Knowledge of A/B Testing or regression analysis etc. is a plus
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL or R is a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
